Leadership Opportunities

Exhale recruits talented leaders on an ongoing basis to address a wide variety of organizational goals and needs. Many positions are filled on an as-needed basis, while others, such as our Counselor Program and Board positions, are recruited on a regular schedule. Open Positions:

We are currently seeking two strong candidates for a rare opportunity to join our dynamic and growing team as the National Engagement Manager (NEM) and Program and Administrative Coordinator (PAC).

You could be Exhale’s National Engagement Manager if you have:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and copy editing skills
  • An enterprising, can-do confident, attitude; not easily overwhelmed
  • Creative and independent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills; solution-oriented approach to opportunities and challenges
  • Strong project management and follow-through; ability to report on progress of projects
  • Ability to “manage-up” as needed
  • Tech savvy and familiarity with donor management/engagement systems and online social networks
  • Proven track record of success in program/project implementation, fundraising execution, donor engagement and management
  • Ability to fulfill responsibilities with high standards in customer service in support of Exhale’s core values and mission
  • A minimum of four years previous experience in fundraising, non-profit sector, and/or online marketing
  • Bachelor's degree

You could be Exhale’s Program and Administration Coordinator if you have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and superior writing and editing capabilities
  • Comfort taking direction from others and working as part of a team
  • Ability to independently prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with and interest in program development, support, and delivery
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in work
  • Strong follow-through and consistent and clear reporting on progress of tasks
  • Advanced computer skills with expertise using Microsoft Office and online tools and resources
  • Ability to analyze administrative, operational and technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and handle new technology, including web content management (Drupal) and Salesforce
  • Ability to fulfill responsibilities with high standards in customer service in support of Exhale’s core values and mission
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in non-profit or small business sector
  • Bachelor's degree
