Abortion Provider

January 23, 2019 By Exhale 1 Comment

Submitted by: Willie Parker

I am privileged to provide abortion care for those who need it. There is nothing heroic about it. It is my effort to live into the equality that we are all born into. I simply want for others what I want for myself. I see my work as holistic in that I am able to protect the health and dignity of pregnant people when many actively undermine them for ideological reasons.

I stand with Exhale because I know first hand as a provider how important it aftercare is for women in their wholeness. I tell them that if your mind is clear and your values are intact, your emotions will align with them when you make the decision that is right for you. I’m grateful for Exhale and the work they do.
